After a discussion with the staff, they said how they wanted things to be easy to use, clear, but also themed of how the aesthetic and style was captured in the books and the show, but the general branding for that. We started with creating a mood board which incorporated both Ancient Greece & Ancient Rome, as well relevant parts to Percy Jackson. Below is a sample.

After talking more about it with the staff, we also agreed about wanting to incorporate 3D rendered characters and scenery which also included a CTA on every design as well as making sure everything looked the part and refreshed, especially the forum which was popular on the old site.

For the logo design, I wanted to use an iconic trident which I made via using Illustrator, and then using some relevant fonts of both the Ancient Greek side and Ancient Roman side for both words. They were then stylised in Cinema 4D as well as the character renders.

It's been great working with the PJMCRP team and I feel it's safe to say we conquered the rebrand and website refresh!
